Terms and Conditions

 Your experience should be guaranteed. You should feel your experience was meaningful and worth your precious time and money or you don't pay. Because of Kelly's policy and to avoid the scammers pretending to be Kelly, you will only be asked to pay AFTER your session with Kelly. To further insure integrity of your session, all sessions will take place on zoom or in person, or by phone if you know Kelly and know her voice. Also Kelly no longer accepts or requires credit cards to book a session. AFTER you have experienced a wonderful session with Kelly, you may pay by Venmo or Zelle, or by check in the mail, if it is agreed upon by you and Kelly during your session.
Life takes some unforeseen turns sometimes, so if you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours or more in advance of your scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee of %25 of the cost of service will be requested for late cancellations, as a courtesy of respect for Kelly's schedule.
